CCTV appeal after Birmingham market shooting
Police said they believed the man in the grey hat had fired the gun
Police have released CCTV images of two men wanted after a gun was fired in a busy city centre market.
A bullet was found lodged in a market stall near the Bullring shopping centre in Birmingham after a fight between two groups of men on 4 October.
West Midlands Police said they believed the man seen in the CCTV pictures wearing a grey hat fired the gun.
The force said six men were arrested at the time in connection with the incident and two are currently on bail.
One man was released without charge and the other three were dealt with for "separate matters", the force said.
Det Con Sharon Duncan said: "The area was packed full of shoppers and market traders at the time and this could have been a lot worse.
"Someone - whether it was the intended target or an innocent member of the public - could have been seriously hurt or even killed."
