Another person has been diagnosed with Legionnaires' disease in Stoke-on-Trent, bringing the total to 20 cases, health officials have said.
One patient has died and three people are being treated at University Hospital of North Staffordshire.
A spokesman for the hospital said the three patients were "in a stable or improving condition".
They confirmed that the latest patient was recovering at home, having already been been discharged.
Deal for broadband agreed in county
