Man charged over Anowar Tagabo death

A man has appeared in court charged with the manslaughter of Bradford University student Anowar Tagabo.

Nathan Lloyd Tomlinson, 23, of Haslam Crescent, Lowedges, Sheffield appeared at the city's magistrates' court.

He was remanded in custody and will appear before Sheffield Crown Court on 10 July.

Mr Tagabo, 25, was allegedly attacked on a night out in Sheffield city centre in the early hours of 25 May. He died nine days later in hospital.

South Yorkshire Police said three other men have now been arrested and bailed in connection with the investigation.
