Bradford student dies after Sheffield street attack

A University of Bradford student has died in hospital after being attacked outside a Sheffield nightclub.

Anowar Tagabo, 25, from Sudan, was assaulted outside Viper Rooms, in Carver Street in the early hours of 25 May while out with friends.

He died in hospital on 3 June as a result of a head injury.

South Yorkshire Police, which has only just released details of the attack, has appealed for witnesses to come forward.
