Dewsbury woman charged with causing Sheffield cyclist's death

A 26-year-old woman has been charged with causing the death of a cyclist in Sheffield by dangerous driving.

Eric Codling, 55, from Millhouses in the city, died after he was struck on Whirlowdale Road on 3 November.

Emma Egan, from Dewsbury, will appear at Sheffield Magistrates' Court on 15 May.

She is also charged with driving over the prescribed limit, failing to stop and failing to report a road traffic collision.
