Two charged over South Yorkshire prisoner's death

Two inmates have been charged in connection with the death of a fellow prisoner in HMP Lindholme near Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

Michael Hennessy, 22, from Nottingham, was stabbed at the Category C and D jail in December.

Julian Maylor, 23, appeared before Doncaster Magistrates' Court charged with murder.

Reiss Comrie, 24, has been charged with common assault and three secondary counts.

The pair were remanded in custody and will appear before Sheffield Crown Court on 12 March.
