A man has been crushed to death by a piece of metal at a factory in South Yorkshire.
The 48-year-old man was fatally injured at the firm in March Street, Sheffield, at about 13:50 GMT on Monday.
He has not been named by police but is from the city.
A South Yorkshire Police spokeswoman said the Health and Safety Executive had been made aware of the incident and a joint investigation was under way.
