Man arrested after teenager shot in Sheffield
A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a teenager was shot in Sheffield in the early hours of New Year's Day.
An 18-year-old remains in a serious condition in hospital in Sheffield after being found in Halfway Gardens with a gunshot wound to his stomach.
A 24-year-old was arrested on Friday and remains in custody, said police.
Meanwhile, two men from Sheffield were due to appear in court charged in connection with the incident.
Raymond Swindells, 29, and Stuart Hurst, 27, both face a number of charges including affray and possessing a firearm with the intent to cause fear of violence.
