Fundraising fears for last Vulcan bomber
The last airworthy Vulcan bomber could have already flown for the final time as fundraising for its winter service fell £200,000 short of its £400,000 target.
In October the Vulcan to the Sky Trust announced that the aircraft would be grounded in 2013.
The Vulcan's winter service would prepare it for one final season in the sky, but so far not enough money has been raised to finish the job.
