Man arrested over Sheffield shooting
The shooting happened in the Burngreave Road area on Tuesday evening
A 23-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man was shot in the arm in Sheffield.
The 22-year-old victim went to a local accident and emergency department with injuries to his hand and arm on Tuesday evening.
South Yorkshire Police said it believed the shooting had happened in Burngreave Road between 19:00 and 19:30 BST.
Officers from the force have urged anyone with information to come forward.
