Two men and a woman arrested on suspicion of murder after the death of a man in Doncaster have been released on bail.

South Yorkshire Police were called to a house on Burton Avenue, Balby, at 15:30 BST on 3 October, where officers found the body of 45-year-old Mark Stannard.

A post-mortem examination revealed he died from serious internal injuries.

South Yorkshire Police said the three people, all from Doncaster, had been released pending further enquiries.

Mr Stannard lived at the Burton Avenue property with two other men.

His family said in a statement they were "devastated" by his death.
