Charges after man found stabbed in Bath

Two men have been charged after a man was found stabbed in a street in Bath.

The 24-year-old was left with serious injuries following an attack in Gay Street on Sunday morning.

Karl Gordon, 25, and Nathan Dixon, 23, both from Bath, were arrested and later charged with grievous bodily harm with intent.

The 23-year-old has also been charged with possession of an offensive weapon. They have been refused bail and will appear before magistrates on Wednesday.

A police spokesman said the victim had been discharged from hospital but will continue to need medical treatment.
