Somerset vicar charged with voyeurism offences

A Church of England vicar from Somerset has been charged with voyeurism and making indecent images.

The Reverend Richard Lee, the vicar of St Augustine's Church in Locking, was arrested in July. He joined the church from Kent in 2007.

Avon and Somerset Police confirmed a 49-year-old man has been charged with eight voyeurism offences and 18 offences of making indecent images.

He is due to appear at North Somerset Magistrates' Court on 11 February.
