Paul Retallick death: Murder accused pair remanded

A father and son have appeared in court charged with the murder of a 35-year-old man from Somerset.

The body of Paul Retallick, who lived in the Taunton area, was found at a house in Iris Way, Langport, on 16 September.

Michael McGinty, 55, and Lee McGinty, 25, both from Langport, appeared before magistrates in Yeovil.

Both men were remanded in custody to appear before Bristol Crown Court on 20 September.
