Five people have been rescued from a blaze in a block of flats in Somerset.
Crews from Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service were called to Eastwood Close in Bridgwater just before 01:00 BST on Sunday.
A first-floor flat was destroyed by fire, smoke and heat, the spokesman said.
An investigation will be carried out into how the fire started.
