The parents of a two-and-a-half-year-old boy who was cremated in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, have asked what happened to their son's ashes.

Lewis Prior from Shrewsbury died in 2004, but his family were told there were no ashes to pass on.

Last month, BBC Shropshire revealed that around 30 children's remains are unaccounted for at the crematorium.

Amy Cole reports for BBC Midlands Today.
