A34 in Oxfordshire shut for nearly 12 hours after crash

A major Oxfordshire route has been reopened after being shut for nearly 12 hours following a crash between a lorry with a roadworks vehicle.

Drivers on the A34 experienced long delays following the accident around 04:20 GMT.

Five people, including the lorry driver were taken to hospital.

The northbound carriageway between the A4130 (Milton Interchange) and A415 Marcham Road (Marcham Interchange) reopened just after 15:30 GMT.
