Zeeshan Ahmed denies Oxford grooming trial intimidation

A man has denied intimidating one of the victims of an Oxford sex grooming ring ahead of a trial.

Zeeshan Ahmed is alleged to have targeted two girls before the case, in which seven men were convicted at the Old Bailey in May of raping girls.

He pleaded not guilty at Oxford Crown Court to two counts of perverting the course of justice.

Mr Ahmed, 28, of Palmer Road, Wood Farm, Oxford, was remanded in custody ahead of a trial on 20 January.
