Thames Valley PC denies selling personal details

A police officer has denied charges linked to the alleged selling of personal information.

Thames Valley PC Sugra Hanif, 26, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, is charged with two counts of obtaining or disclosing personal data and one of conspiracy to commit misconduct in a public office.

Also at Winchester Crown Court were Raza Khan, 26, and Parmajeet Kaur, 25, both of Ivy Road, Birmingham.

Each denied a charge of conspiracy to commit misconduct in a public office.

Mr Khan also denied one count of obtaining or disclosing personal data.

All three defendants were released on bail to appear at Winchester Crown Court for a pre-trial review on 1 November.
