Dorset A350 crash: Motorcyclist, 65, dies
A 65-year-old man has died after the motorcycle he was riding collided with a car in Dorset.
A black Kawasaki motorcycle and a black Peugeot 207 driven by a 22-year-old man crashed on the A350 near Charlton Marshall on Friday afternoon.
Dorset police said the motorcyclist was treated at the scene but was pronounced dead on arrival at Dorchester Hospital.
Next of kin have been informed. Officers are investigating and appealing for witnesses.
The road closed for forensic examination after the crash, which happened at about 13:45 GMT, but reopened at about 21:00 GMT.
A 22-year-old man is helping police with their enquiries.
