Man dies after being hit by two cars in Charlbury

A pedestrian has died after being struck by two cars in Oxfordshire.

The 34-year-old man was hit by the cars at the junction of The Slade and Ticknell Road in Charlbury on Saturday evening.

He was taken to Horton General Hospital in Banbury but died from his injuries.

Police said both vehicles stopped at the scene. Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone who saw the man to come forward.
