Three men have been arrested on suspicion of sexual offences as part of an ongoing investigation into child exploitation.

The men, aged 32, 24 and 21, who are from Oxford, were arrested after four raids in the city on Tuesday morning.

The arrests are part of Operation Bullfinch, a Thames Valley Police investigation into child sexual exploitation.

The three men were bailed until late January.

Nine other men are already facing trial in connection with the operation.

They are accused of being involved in a child sex-trafficking ring in Oxford involving six girls.

The men deny the charges and are due to stand trial in January.
