Police carry ouy forensic tests on site in Banbury

Forensic tests are being carried out on a patch of "disturbed earth" discovered in a wooded area in Oxfordshire.

The area at Bankside Park in Banbury was spotted by a council worker on Wednesday afternoon who suspected it was an unofficial grave.

Thames Valley Police guarded the site overnight to allow the examination of area.

A small object has been sent for further testing but police have not confirmed if it is human remains.
