An Oxfordshire man accused of double murder was caught on CCTV holding his young daughter under his arm while carrying a knife, a jury has heard.

The images captured Ensar Gol, 22, of Ireton Court, Thame, walking in the town's High Street on 4 September 2011.

He did so after stabbing to death his wife Michaela, 28, and his mother-in-law Julie Sahin, 50, in the family home, Oxford Crown Court was told.

Mr Gol denies two counts of murder and one of attempted murder.

Mrs Gol and Mrs Sahin were found by police after being stabbed with a kitchen knife.

Family friend Casey Wilson, 20, was stabbed but survived the attack.

Richard Rooke of South Central Ambulance told the jury: "I will never forget the look in the daughter's (Michaela Gol's) eyes.

"It was of pain and suffering and that is something I will take to the grave."

Mr Rooke said he went back to his vehicle and "shed a few tears".

The case continues.
