Oxford Europe's electric car capital
Oxford has been named as the best place in Europe for driving electric cars.
There are now more charging points per person in the city than anywhere else in Europe.
Fewer than 30 motorists are thought to have made the switch to electric in Oxford but car companies say that is about to change.
