A 19-year old man from Oxford has been charged with sexual assault after a campaign was launched to track down people wanted for questioning.
The incident is alleged to have taken place on 5 December last year in Headington, Oxford.
Crimestoppers launched an online gallery of people wanted for questioning earlier this week.
The suspect is also charged with possession of an offensive weapon and has been remanded in custody.
