12 February 2014 Last updated at 23:38 GMT

In Sarajevo, 30 years ago this week, Nottingham ice dancers Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean won Olympic gold.

They scored 12 perfect 6.0 marks for their free programme, performed to Ravel's Bolero, watched on TV by half the UK.

This week the pair have returned to the city where they triumphed to recreate that moment.

Here, Jane Torvill talks of the years of training they put in to reach "their Olympics".
