A 27-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a Nottingham teenager after being extradited from the United States.
Shakir Antoine Andre Robinson will stand trial for the murder of Malakai McKenzie in January.
Cameron Cashin, 21, has already been jailed for 34 years for Mr McKenzie's murder after a trial at Nottingham Crown Court.
Reporting restrictions on the charging of Mr Robinson have now been lifted.
Mr McKenzie was shot outside The Hubb pub in Hucknall Road in April 2012.
Cashin, of Liddington Street, Basford, was found guilty of his murder following a six-week trial that ended in June.
Mr Robinson was charged on 16 June following liaison between Nottinghamshire Police, the Crown Prosecution Service extradition unit and authorities in America.
