Man appears in court over military ammunition charge

Darren Moss Darren Moss is due to appear at Nottingham Crown Court in April

A man from Nottinghamshire has appeared in court charged with the illegal possession of military ammunition.

Darren Moss, 33, from Sutton-in-Ashfield, appeared before magistrates in Mansfield.

The court heard the charges related to 30 rounds of ammunition, which included bullets, shotgun cartridges and CS gas pellets. He did not enter any pleas.

The case has been sent to Nottingham Crown Court where Mr Moss is due to appear in April.
