A 19-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a baby in Nottinghamshire in 2010.
Scott Andrew Gladwin, of Huthwaite, was charged on Wednesday in connection with the death of a four-month-old boy.
Mansfield magistrates remanded him into custody earlier to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on Friday.
The baby was taken to Queen's Medical Centre following an incident on 3 February 2010 at a house in Huthwaite. He died three days later.
