Weir rescue after River Soar narrowboat swept away
A couple had a lucky escape after their narrowboat was swept away and became stuck on a weir in a Nottinghamshire river.
The pair were pulled from the boat by fire officers after calling 999 from the stretch of the River Soar in Ratcliffe-on-Soar.
