A twelfth person has been arrested in connection with the murder of a Nottingham teenager who was shot in the head in the car park of a city pub.

Malakai McKenzie, 19, was shot in the car park of The Hubb pub on Hucknall Road, Sherwood, on 21 April.

Police said a 20-year-old man was detained in Nottingham earlier and had been taken into custody for questioning.

Three men have been charged with murder and remanded in custody.

They are provisionally due to stand trial on 26 November.

Seven other people who were arrested have been released on police bail pending further enquiries, and one was released without charge.
