Vote to choose a flag for Nottinghamshire

Related Stories

A vote to choose a new county flag for Nottinghamshire has been launched.

The three options have been created by a special design panel, which included Alex Farquharson, the director of city art centre Nottingham Contemporary, and the Flag Institute's Michael Faul.

The panel ploughed through all the drawings, ideas and feedback sent to BBC Radio Nottingham to come up with the final designs.

Most of the feedback received suggested that the flag should be simple, memorable and feature a prominent symbol of the county.

The most popular symbols were the figure of local legend Robin Hood and oak leaves.

Now it's up to you to decide which flag you like the best...

Which flag do you prefer?

This vote has now closed.
