A pedestrian has died after an incident involving two cars on a Nottinghamshire road.
Police were called to the A611 Hucknall Bypass, between Wood Lane and Watnall Road, on Wednesday night.
A man was found to have suffered fatal injuries. It is not yet known how he came to be hurt.
The road was closed for several hours after the incident. Anyone who witnessed it has been asked to contact Nottinghamshire Police.
