A couple from Northampton have lost their High Court case against extradition to the United States.

Paul and Sandra Dunham are facing fraud and money laundering charges in Maryland - allegations they reject.

Mr Dunham was CEO and president of a manufacturing firm there.

The couple now have 14 days to lodge an appeal with the Supreme Court.

If their bid fails they could find themselves in a US prison within weeks.
