Kettering street attack: Pair guilty of manslaughter

Two men have been convicted of killing a 22-year-old man who died following a street attack in Kettering.

Kamil Gumowski suffered serious head injuries during an assault in Silver Street on 18 August and died three days later at Kettering General Hospital.

Dominik Maryszak, 29, from the town was found guilty of manslaughter by a jury at Northampton Crown Court.

Marek Krukowski, 30, also from Kettering, changed his plea to guilty of manslaughter during the trial.

The sentencing date for Maryszak, of Havelock Street, and Krukowski, of Digby Street, is yet to be set.
