Four men arrested over sexual offences

Four men have been arrested by police investigating sexual offences.

Three men were detained in Burton Latimer, Northampton and Kettering on suspicion of possessing and distributing indecent images of children.

Their computers were seized by Northamptonshire Police. All three have been bailed.

Another man, from Milton Keynes, was arrested on suspicion of historical child sex offences.

Det Sgt Liz Ansell said: "We continue to encourage victims of violence and sexual assault to come forward to report offences.

"Sex abuse includes downloading and distributing indecent images of children.

"Anybody who takes part in this type of activity can be sure that we will find them, and should await a knock on the door from one of our officers."
