Moulton bypass and 2,000 new homes on planning agenda

A plan to build 2,000 homes in Northamptonshire and a bypass on the A43 is to be discussed by planners.

The proposed development at Moulton would include a primary school, health centre, five shops, industrial units, a nursery and care home.

Barratt Homes is expected to submit the proposal for planning permission and will include a plan for a dual carriageway around Moulton.

The committee is expected to recommend county council approval on Tuesday.
