Giuseppe Miceli named as man found dead in Bants Lane home

A 72-year-old man who was found dead at his home and who police believe was murdered has been named.

Giuseppe Miceli was discovered by ambulance staff in Bants Lane, Northampton, at about 13:45 BST on Saturday.

He was a dealer of coins and ran the Giuseppe Miceli Coin & Medal Centre business from his home.

A 40-year-old man from Wellingborough has been arrested on suspicion of murder.

Police said they wanted to speak with anyone who was in the Bants Lane area from last Thursday afternoon to Saturday.
