Queen's Birthday Honours: Charlotte Triggs appointed OBE

People working in volunteering, outdoor and legal services are among the Northamptonshire residents recognised in the Queen's Birthday Honours list.

Charlotte Triggs, from Weston Favell, Northampton, has been appointed an OBE for her services to law and order.

There is an MBE for Robert Louden, director general of the Camping and Caravanning Club, for his services to the leisure industry.

Terence O'Connor also becomes MBE for voluntary service to the community.

Gordon Prestoungrange, the Scottish Baron of Prestoungrange who lives in Milton Malsor, is also honoured with an MBE for his services to the community in Prestonpans, East Lothian.

And Martyn Emberson, of Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service, receives the Queen's Fire Service Medal.
