Kettering Hospital midwife accused of changing records
A midwife faces a disciplinary hearing after she was accused of altering the drug records of a patient.
Eleanor Braithwaite faces six allegations before the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
She was working as a band seven midwife at Kettering General Hospital when she is alleged to have failed to provide "appropriate care" to patients.
The NMC hearing is to take place at the Old Bailey in London.
Ms Braithwaite is accused of failing to identify an "abnormal" recording of a foetal heartbeat and of not consulting a medical practitioner about the deteriorating condition of an unborn baby.
It is also alleged she "inappropriately" amended the drug records of two patients in her care.
