Northampton
A body has been found in the river in Northampton, police said.
Emergency services staff were called to the banks of the River Nene near The Lakes Business Park on Friday lunchtime.
Reports were received of a body seen in the water and identification would be made later, police said.
After recovery from the river the body will be taken away for post-mortem examination. Police have asked anyone with information to contact them.
'Ill' driver impaled man on railings
A man with "very low" blood sugar who lost control of his car and impaled a pedestrian on railings is jailed for six months.
