Joanna Smith crash death: Teenage boys released on bail

Two 14-year-old boys arrested on suspicion of manslaughter after a woman died in a crash after her car's tyre was slashed have been released on bail.

Joanna Smith, 32, from Northampton, was killed on the A45 near Earls Barton in April.

Northamptonshire Police said one of the tyres on Ms Smith's Honda Jazz had been deliberately punctured.

The boys, from Hardingstone and Grange Park, were also arrested on suspicion of criminal damage.
