Northampton's Diwali celebration lights up town

The five-day Hindu and Sikh Diwali celebration has taken centre stage in Northampton market square.

The Festival of Lights, as it is known, marks the start of the Hindu New Year and celebrates the triumph of good over evil and light over darkness.
