Thetford baby falls from first floor window

A one-year-old boy has been taken to hospital after falling out of an upstairs window on to a concrete floor.

The baby was admitted to West Suffolk Hospital in Bury St Edmunds after the fall at about 10:15 BST in Thetford, Norfolk.

A volunteer doctor from Suffolk Accident Rescue Service and East of England Ambulance Service paramedics attended the scene.

An ambulance service spokeswoman said the boy had "possible head injuries".
