Four teenagers have been arrested after a man who was found with serious injuries died in hospital.
Police officers went to a property on The Glebe in Hemsby, Norfolk, at about 23:25 BST on Saturday after reports of a disturbance at a private party.
A 20-year-old man with injuries to his chest and back was taken to James Paget Hospital but later died.
Norfolk Police said it had arrested four "males in their teens" as part of a murder investigation.
A spokesperson said the victim and the suspects were from the Great Yarmouth area.
The property remains sealed off while forensic tests are carried out.
Det Ch Insp Paul Durham said it was a "very fast-moving investigation".
"We are pursuing a number of lines of inquiry to piece together the events running up to this young man's death," he said.
"We ask anyone who was at the party and who may have further details about what happened to come forward."
