King's Lynn £500m incinerator plan 'set to be scrapped'

Plans for a £500m waste incinerator in King's Lynn are set to be scrapped, leaving council tax payers in Norfolk with a potential bill of £30m.

Critics says the scheme was flawed but there has been very little opposition to a similar incinerator soon to go into operation in Suffolk.
