Mohammed Labead charged with attacking police officers in Norwich
A man has been charged with assaulting two police officers in Norwich.
Mohammed Labead, 19, of Kinghorn Road, Norwich, was charged with three counts of assault and one of inflicting grievous bodily harm.
The attacks took place at about 01:00 GMT on Sunday at Prince of Wales Road and left one of the officers in hospital with a broken leg.
Mr Labead was released on bail and will appear at Norwich Magistrates' Court on 21 February.
The injured police officer has had surgery and remains at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
A police sergeant was treated by paramedics for slight head injuries but she remained on duty.
