Norfolk man charged over sleeping teenager bedroom crash

A man has been charged over a crash in Norfolk in which a car crashed into a sleeping teenager's bedroom.

Edward Savory, 32, of Strumpshaw near Norwich, is due to face magistrates on Tuesday, charged with drink-driving and driving without due care and attention.

Ben London, 15, was in bed at home in Strumpshaw on 14 October when an Audi A4 crashed through the wall, sending bricks and rubble flying.

The crash happened just before 02:00 BST and four people were in the car.

Ben escaped with minor injuries.
