Norwich-based AgChemAccess seeks £2m payout from HSE
A chemical company which claims it was brought to its knees by the Health and Safety Executive sues for £2m damages.
An enforcement order by the HSE stopped Norwich-based AgChemAccess moving any of its products for seven weeks.
The movement ban was lifted two days before the company was due to go to the High Court to challenge it.
